3 lbs sirloin steak (cut into strips)
3 tbl olive oil
3 tbl butter
1 yellow onion (sliced, halved)
4 garlic cloves (chopped up)
1 can mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbl soy sauce
1 tbl Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup flour
1 cup sour cream
salt
pepper
1 bag wide egg noodles
Melt oil and butter in huge frying pan over medium heat. Add beef. Fry till medium well. Remove beef from pan, add onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Sauté until onions are glazed and clear. Add soup, flour, soy, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to boil. Add beef, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes. Pour over noodles.
Serve with corn.
Serve with salad.
Serve with milk.
